Dezzie D & the Stingrayz take you on a wonderful ride through a rich musical era. This six-piece group combine originals with carefully recreated authentic arrangements from the 40s and 50s Americana, jump, swing and Rhythm and Blues era.

One of the hottest Rhythm & Blues acts in town, their upbeat music, dynamic vocals, tight grooves, and explosives horns will have you up and jumping and transport you back to a golden era of nostalgia!

Now firm festival favourites Dezzie D and the Stingrayz have performed internationally, across the state and regularly appear in their hometown of Brisbane. Recent appearances include Blues on Broadbeach, Mitchell Creek Blues n Rock Festival, Agnes Water Blues & Roots Festival, Cooly Rocks On Greazefest, Jumpers & Jazz Festival, Redland Bayside Blues Festival, and Brisbane Jazz Club.
